Howie is a beagle who is all ears, no pun intended. He is a super chill, quiet guy who will sit for hours with you, contently on a dog bed, while you share your deepest thoughts and concerns with him. We know, beagle and quiet dont always go together. Howie is definitely the exception! He hasnt even barked once at his foster moms house. Howie loves all other dogs and loves people. He has a calm, sweet disposition and is eager to please. Being middle aged (about 5ish), he is a mature young gentleman that is past all the puppy shenanigans of tearing, chewing, and destroying. However, we think he may be part pig as he LOVES to play in mud puddles. He will go to the door to let you know when he needs to go potty.
