"King" Arthur is a super sweet, low-medium drive boy. He thrives in a structured, boundaried home! There, he learned to relax and enjoy his life! He does best with more mellow, non-dominant dogs with slow and proper introductions. His foster parent says he is "killingn it" regarding training. He walks nicely on leash and is doing great with obedience. He has great recall as he is very motivated to come back to his person!

He has great food drive and could do well with scent training!

He likes kids and we think older dog-savvy kids would be good. 

Hes a true velcro dog and just loves his people and sometimes forgets how big he is [lapdog anyone?]. Arthur does have abandonment issues and will need someone to continue his training to help him feel safe. Someone experienced with anxiety will be helpful. He is doing well though with crate training!Hes a true protector, saving his foster mom from a coyote who was trailing them - he scared it off by barking at it. He will not leave your side!

He also rides really well in the car!

We are an official 501C3 organziation that does not have a physical location. Our home address is in Michigan, however, the majority of our dogs are not located in Michigan. The physical location of each our our dogs is posted with the name of the pet or in the title area. If you are within 4 hours of the pet, please be prepared to pick the pet up. We do provide transport assistance, however, the applicant must drive 50% of the total distance of the transport.
