You can see in his eyes that Diesel has weathered some tough times. He had 3 puppies were dumped under a pump house at an oil rig site in rural Texas. It took volunteers 3 days to coax him out. He was shut-down and beyond frightened. With the love and patience of a wonderful foster, Diesel has learned that there is goodness in the world and he feels safe and happy. His foster describes him as loving, sweet and smart. The vet estimated Diesel to be around 2 years old.
