This handsome boy is Memphis. He is a 3 year old Border Collie mix. Memphis is so smart and the absolute best boy. He is housetrained, kennel trained and is obedient. He loves car rides and walks and is an absolute dream to walk with. Memphis is such a sweetheart and loves affection. At night, he sleeps on a dog bed in his foster mom and dads room and he doesnt make a peep. He would do well with children over 5 as toddlers make him very nervous. He gets along with the dogs in his foster home, but not sure about cats. Due to his high energy and his need to have a job to do, he has developed a habit of chasing shadows. Although we have been working with Memphis to break this habit (and he is doing better) he will need a patient family willing to continue working with him to eliminate this behavior. Memphis would do best with an active family that can include him in activities, maybe an avid runner that he could run with, to wear him down. He loves to run and glides like a deer. He is truly the sweetest well behaved boy. Memphis adoption fee is $225 and covers his neuter, vaccines, microchip registration, heartworm and flea preventatives to date.
