Chester is a sweet little fella. He is very smart and listens well. His owners were not allowed dogs where they live so they put him out.  He does not act as if he has been mistreated and is the usual ball of love and energy that all puppies are at 3 months of age. 
Chester arrived yesterday and has done very well intermingling with the dogs that are already here. He slept in a kennel last night and did not mess it up, so well on his way to being kennel trained.
