Chance is 2 years old and weighs 10 pounds. He is a Chihuahua mix. He is a happy boy that loves to play with other dogs and snuggle with his person. He is fully vetted including neuter, heartworm negative, microchip, de-wormed, etc. He is mostly housebroken to the fosters doggy door and walks well on a leash.
