Meet Blue! This cute little guy is 3 years old and weighs 12lbs.  Blue loves and demands pets and cuddles as much as he can get! Blue is a lap dog, but also has an energetic side.  He can be crated, but for limited hours before he gets anxious.  He does great with big and small dogs.  He is friendly with anyone who will give him love and pets. He does get reserved around people who have a negative energy.  He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
