Dobby is coming up from North Caroline on 10/1 where he was taken to the shelter as a stray.  He is described as laid back, friendly and a wee shy.  Because he has only been in a shelter, we dont yet know if he is housebroken.  He has been given rabies, distemper and bordatella vaccines.  He has been dewormed and is heartworm negative.  Dobby will be neutered before he is placed.
