Chester is going to need a very special person. He is fearful, skittish and takes a long time to learn to trust new people. Once he knows he is safe, he is a loving and fun little dog. He plays well with other dogs but would be happiest as an only dog since he is an attention hog. He will not do well in a home with children who are too young to understand his fears.
