Melvin is a five year old male Chihuahua mix weighing 17 pounds. He is very shy and fearful and would benefit from a quiet home with older children (12+) and a loving and patient pet parent willing to give him the time he needs to settle into a new environment.

He is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and up-to-date on vaccines.
