Description:
Herman is a confident guy, he is sweet and very smart. He likes to take things slow with new people before being picked up. Hes a bit suspect at first but warms quickly and in no time he will be in your lap. After he has made friends with you, if you try to leave the house he will try to bite your ankles on the way out. Once he loves you he really loves you and doesnt want to let you go. He needs to be crated, kenneled or gated, before you exit. Herman has never broken the skin during these tantrums. He is clearly upset but he hasnt actually hurt any one. Because of this we are looking or experienced chihuahua owners, or someone who can just take him everywhere? And a home with teens or older. On the positive side he loves dressing up!!! You can put him in just about anything and he tolerates it! Halloween and sweater weather are just around the corner!!! Herman does well with other dogs but has not been cat tested at this time. Herman walks well on leash, is crate trained and housebroken. Herman may be small but he has a big personality!!!
