PJ and Luckys foster mom said they should be called Mutt and Jeff. They are very bonded and best buds. Surrendered to us by their owner who had too many dogs to care for, they are 2 from a litter of 4 Chiweenies we were told. They had never left the home they were in, even for a vet visit, so they were scared to death when we got them. When terrified, they did get a little snippy but once they realized they were safe and with people who loved them, they settled in. They are now lap babies when inside but love playing outside and have learned the doggie door. PJ is the most energetic of the two. They housetrained rather quickly once they learned how to go in and out the dog door. They sleep with their foster mom and are almost always touching each other when they are resting. We would prefer a home with no small children since which is what they are use to. A man in their previous home may have mistreated them so they are a little slower to warm up to a man but given a day or two, they are ok. Neuters, shots, microchips provided. They are 3 yrs old, PJ weighs 18 and Lucky is 16. We realize they dont look like each other but we do believe they are siblings.
