Sammie is a sweet, special-needs 3 year old/20 lbs Shih Tzu/Terrier mix boy looking for an ADULT ONLY home (NO kids) and NO cats.  Sammie is ok with dogs his size and bigger. He was found wandering the streets of Miami in horrible shape but with FCCRs TLC, he is doing great now. We lovingly call him "Swimmer boy” as he was born with his hind knee caps inverted so he literally walks like a seal (see the video).
