Casper is a 9-10 year old Chihuahua mix.....he looks like a mini Corgi! He is very laid-back and would love a quiet home to retire in.  Unfortunately his previous owner is now in a nursing home and his family reached out and asked for help.  Casper has done well around the other dogs in his foster home, but he will chase cats.  He does fine with older children that stay out of his face and let him do his own thing.
