Otis is only a  1yr old Chiweenie weighing in at 15lbs. He loves other dogs and is super active, playful, and friendly. If we were labeling him like kids in school hed def be the class clown. Although not fully house broke a little more work and adjustment to a proper schedule would help! Otis sometimes likes to talk alot especially when playing so between that and his energy no apartments.
