Description:
Beau is an adorable, smart and active young dog. He is 1 1/2 years old, about 50 lbs, and looks to be a doberman mix. Beau was adopted from Jellys by first time dog owners when he was an 8 week old puppy. Sadly, he was surrendered to us when he was 8 months old. His family loved him alot, and he adored them. But Beau developed stranger danger behaviors that the family couldnt manage effectively and they made the painful decision to return him. Beau lived with children and is both child and dog friendly. Beau LOVES to chase balls and can chase them for as long as you have the strength to throw them. He also likes to play tug of war. We have currently paired him up with a female dog who is about the same age and energy level as Beau. They love playing together all day long which is great for both of them. He is potty trained and knows basic commands. Beau MUST be adopted by someone with previous dog experience who is committed to providing him with the training he needs to overcome his stranger danger anxiety. Beaus ideal home would be an active family with a big yard and another dog. Beau LOVES playing with dogs and having an evey day dog playmate would make him really happy. Beau also would do best in a calm home without alot of new people coming in and out during the day. He is the most loveable boy when he knows you and feels safe with you. Beau gives the very best kisses and gets so excited and joyful when he sees you that you cant help but smile and feel the same way in return. Beau is neutered, microchipped and UTD on vaccines. Applications are being accepted and approved applicants will be contacted.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
