Description:
David Bowie is a petite 5-year old male kitty who arrived at the HSOV on August 4, 2022 after a Good Samaritan found him on Sandhill Road in the Marietta Ohio area and brought him to the safety of our shelter.

This good-looking guy has a black long-haired coat with auburn highlights, a long fluffy tail, and a handsome face with copper-colored eyes, a black velvet nose, and long black whiskers.

David Bowie has a friendly, outgoing personality and would love to find a special someone to share his life with. He yearns to have the freedom of his very own home where he could pussyfoot around to his hearts content instead of spending time in his small shelter cage.

David Bowie is a pushover for his daily wet food which seems to be the highlight of his day (only second to the attention which he enjoys from our HSOV kennel techs).

David Bowie was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on August 4, 2022. He was also combo tested and is negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm. David weighed just 4.2 lbs the day he arrived.

David Bowie was neutered on August 22, 2022 and was also given rabies vaccine. We were happy to see that he weighed 5.8 lbs that day (thanks to the great care and plenty of good food he had received in the few weeks that he has been with us).

David Bowie is ready to begin reviewing resumes of potential candidates who will have the honor of becoming his new family.

Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
