On silent little feet Blackie will steal your heart and cause your eyes to crinkle in merriment! This young man of 2 to 3 years old lost his house and his dad when his dad went into hospice care. Sadly nobody in the family wanted this charmer and he was sent to the shelter! The indignity! However one of Faunas supporters spotted him and rescued him to foster. Currently hes living with his foster mom, enjoying meals, cuddles and attention-HOWEVER he needs a FOREVER home of his own. 

Blackie is good with other cats although he can be a bit "bossy" at first.Playing can sometimes lead to love nips, hes undergoing "play management" therapy to learn diversion techniques! AND he loves to play, he has a lot of energy, no doubt built up from being cooped up at the shelter. 

Blackie would do well in just about any home environment. As always ,we expect adopters to keep the cats indoors. Toys, cat trees and scratchers are ways to keep a guy like this happy and engaged.
