Loukoum was found wandering in Saint-Marc-des-Carrires in 2021 before being brought to the Animal Rescue Networkl in April 2022. He had a large abscess on his cheek and needed care. We took good care of Loukoum until he got better. Once his quarantine was over, Loukoum was released with the other cats of the shelter and he didnt like it at all! Loukoum has indeed a deep hatred for other cats! So he inherited a small condo just for him. Its not very big, but at least hes alone and can lounge around as he pleases! Loukoum is a very good cat. He enters the carrier by himself! He loves to play, so he is looking for a family who will have the time and the desire to spend time with him and make him jump around. He could live with children if they are old enough to interact well with a cat. Loukoum is also a vocal cat who likes to tell us when something doesnt suit him. He also coos a lot when we wake him up from his nap, its quite adorable. Loukoum is an adult cat so the adoption fees for him are $270. He is sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped. He tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and for the feline leukaemia virus (FeLV). Health insurances are offered for the first 6 weeks following adoption. You will also have access to the help of the adoption team as long as you need it. You will also have access, for the first month following adoption, to a 30 minutes video consultation with our cat behaviour consultant FelineGood ( https://www.felinegood.ca ).

In order to get a chance to adopt him, please fill out our adoption directly on our website: https://www.reseausecoursanimal.org/contacts/adoption-form/
