Description:
It’s adorable Simon!

Simon is a friendly 3 year old cat that was rescued by OSC and is now ready for his forever home! He looks like a big snuggly teddy bear, with a handsome grey and white coat.

Simon was a little shy his first few days in his foster home. Once he got accustomed to his new environment, his loving, energetic, and playful personality emerged! Simon loves his people, and will reward getting special attention with lots and lots of purrs!

Simon is a silly kitty with a playful personality. He enjoys games chasing fishing pole toys as well as quiet time sitting on his humans’ laps. This big guy, with a big personality, is a joy to have around the house!

Simon will do best in a home where he gets lots of attention, both for play time and for snuggles. Although he is a social butterfly, he would do better with as the only cat in the home, provided he has lots of playtime and attention from his new family.

Simon isn’t fond of dogs so a canine free home is best for him. He would be fine with older children who understand quirky cat behaviors, plus petting and brushing to create a special bond!

Simon needs a special diet to address his sensitive stomach and IBD. In a multiple cat home, Simon and the other cat may need to be fed separately. His foster family reports that he has been happy and healthy in their care when eating his special food!

If you are looking for a new best friend to make you laugh and bring the fun, Simon may be the right guy for you!

Note: Orange Street Cats is currently following a foster-to-adopt model in place of an in-person meeting prior to adoption. You will provide a foster home to the cat you are interested in adopting for a trial period. This gives you and your family an opportunity to be sure this is a good fit before you make the commitment to adopt. Our adoption team is available during and after the transition period to make sure our adopters and our cats are happy together!
