He is a very loving guy who likes attention! Oscar has tested neg for feline leukemia/FIV, is now neutered and is current on his shots. He will be adopted as an indoor only cat. Adoption fee is $50 or 2 cats for $75. A pet carrier is required at the time of adoption and you must be 21 to adopt from MCHS.
