Description:
Tipper has a condition called Cerebellar Hyperplasia. This is a neurological condition that causes Tipper to be very wobbly on his feet. This doesn’t slow him down at all, and he plays, eats and has fun like any normal kitty. With age, Tippers condition may improve somewhat, but he will not get any worse.

He is nearing 2 years of age at this point and is moderate. He has aged into a not very playful cat, he prefers getting up onto the bed and watching out the window for the majority of the day. He has a bit of single bottle baby syndrome which means he throws tantrums when he doesnt get what he wants. Sometimes his foster mom can calm him down enough to get him to do what needs to be done, other times he is just pouty and mad all day long. Hes allot like a toddler and a grumpy old man.

He does get around well and is able to eat dry and drink from a normal water bowl/fountain, but he is not 100% litter box reliable, oftentimes going to the bathroom in front of the litter box instead of in the box. He lays on his side to use the restroom and sometimes falls in it. He is good for baths most of the time if you have a good scruff, he does not feel secure if just being held and will panic in the water.

He does not like a carrier but rides shot gun very well. His favorite thing is to go through the BoJangles drive thru and his foster parents share small pieces of biscuit with him. He has a pet stroller that is his favorite way to travel and will not jump out unless he is at home. He loves to go to the farmers market or just anywhere except PetSmart for adoption days.

He will either love or hate you and there is no telling beforehand. If you have children or plan to have children then he is not the cat for you. He will get mad and hold a grudge if you leave him for vacation and have someone come babysit him. He likes to sleep in the bed, he will sleep on the edge but it worries his foster mom that he will fall out so she always moves him to the middle between his foster parents. If you get up to use the bathroom he will steal your pillow and be very upset when you take it back. When he is in a good mood and its cool in the house he lays under his foster moms arm with his head on her shoulder and his arm laid across her. He is really a sweet fun cat just has attitude problems that appear allot.
