Stormy is the leader of his litter! He is very confident and independent boy, that also loves to cuddle with his human. Stormys personality is an amazing balance of being independent enough to do his own thing while you are working or busy, but also loving and social enough that while you are relaxing he wants to be with you to cuddle and rub up on you. Stormy would be a great addition to nearly any home! He has been waitng awhile to find his forever home, and we just cant figure out why., this boy is perfect!

FAQs -- PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE EMAILING

All adoption fees are non-refundable

If paying by credit card, Venmo, or PayPal there is a set processing fee, generally this fee is under $15 per pet. These processing fees are determined by the form of payment adopters decide to use. By helping with this minimal cost this allows us to save more animals.

Please note that SNARR NE is a volunteer-based organization. While our volunteers will try to respond to you as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you review the below information about our adoption process before emailing:

LISTED BREED(S) & AGE: We are taking our best guess on age, breed, and size when fully grown, based on the kitten/ cats physical appearance and what we might have learned about one or both parents depending on the situation. *NOTE* We rarely know a cats exact age, nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of cats as our information is limited most of the time. Because we often do not have access to medical records at the time that we are listing for dogs for adoption, there are sometimes discrepancies between what is posted on their profile and what might be listed on a dogs medical records.

SNARRS ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting a SNARR kitten/cat is to fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/. Once we receive your application, one of our adoption application processors will contact you, review our adoption process with you, and answer any additional questions you may have. **We do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions, but on best fit for a family and most importantly the kitten/cat. **

MEETING ADOPTABLE CATS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until after your adoption application has been fully processed and approved by one of our adoption processors.

APPLYING ONLINE: If you fill out an online application, please do so from a computer (not a mobile device), make sure you answer ALL the questions in as much detail as possible, and that you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, that means we did NOT receive your application.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
