The best we can come up with, is that he and his sister, which we had to separate because she was allowing him to nurse on her for his comfort and security, were bottle fed babies or taken away from their mother too soon.  They showed up in Heritage Village, a secluded area without cats running.  A lady called us and we went to get them.  They are FeLV/FIV negative and ready for their new family.
