We received a call about Trey. He had been left when the tenant moved out. The new tenant began feeding him but was reluctant to take him in because of a dog. She called for help when she noticed his back left leg was injured. She noticed that the limp was not healing and it seemed to get worse. It took 3 times to trap him, but when he was caught, he was given cage rest and his back leg healed. He was neutered, tested for FIV and Felv (negative), and the vet seemed to think it was a broken toe. He is free roaming at the Ranch still settling in. We can tell he is friendly but still just a little bit weary here. We believe he will make a great pet once he has had enough time to relax here.
