Rummy is as fun to be around as the game is to play. Although he is a very quiet guy, he sometimes loves to roll around on his belly seeking pets. His favorite spot to recline is his hammock. But as soon as he sees any of his favorite humans, he hops out to see what joy awaits. A buff and white patched cat, he is truly a wonderful guy to be around and loves to curl up on a warm lap when set there. Rummy and his brother Bacardi have been together since kittens and would be an engaging and companionable pair for those looking for two gentle boys. We would like to adopt them together.

Rummy and Bacardi were returned to STAF after having been adopted as kittens, because their person was no longer able to care for them. These boys would do well in a peaceful home, with or without other cats. Adopt Rummy and Bacardi and feel the warmth!

Cat adoption information and application can be found at www.staf.org.
All cats and kittens have been vet-checked, spayed/neutered, and are up-to-date on vaccinations. Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesnt work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati. We will ask you to return to the shelter for a second visit to be sure of your decision. Sorry, we do not ship our cats or kittens! Please email Jean at jean@staf.org for more info. on adopting!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
