There is also a fenced-in backyard for the cats to explore & roam. Wendys cats receive complete veterinary care & are FeLV negative. All of the cats are up to date on shots & are spayed/neutered. Kittens younger than 6 months receive their initial shots & FeLV testing. Kittens older than 6 months are spayed/neutered. Any further questions please feel free to give Wendy a call. We are an IRS certified 501(c)3 charity organization. We run strictly on donations from the good people who choose to help us. In order for us to stay open and active within & surrounding Westmoreland County VA, donations are necessary to pay for supplies needed to keep our cats healthy & happy. Any and all donations are always welcome! Volunteers are wanted to help keep our shelter clean. Volunteers can also help by interacting and playing with our cats & kittens.
