Tom is an amazing and quirky cat once he feels safe with you! Tom has learned that he loves to be held and follow his foster mom around the house. He bounces off of the furniture and any object that will get him going FAST. He really is a wonderful little guy! Once he gets to know you, youll fall in love with him and see how wonderful he is!
