Chazzy, born approximately 5/7/2009, is a wonderfully charming, sensitive, brown tabby darling with big, bold, round, green eyes, an adorable heart-shaped nose, and so much gentle affection to give.  This sweetheart was sadly re-surrendered to us after over a decade in what he thought was his forever home.  Needless to say, he is still a bit shell-shocked but responds exceptionally well with calm, loving, attention.  Chazzy has long legs, beautiful tabby stripes, and loves to bet petted as much as he loves treats.  For such a big (but not fat) fella, he has the daintiest, squeakiest, little meow.  Chazzy is such a warm and sweet soul who just wants a quiet, stable, rest-of-his-forever home so he can live out his golden years in peace and love.  He has only ever lived as an only cat and since he is older and has a heart murmur, the less stress in a new environment-the better-though we believe with a very gradual introduction (maybe with another calm, respecting, older kitty) Chazzy could adjust.

Adopting from Sheets Pet Clinic cat adoptions is simple! Request an application, answer a few follow-up questions, then when your application is approved, we set up a meet-greet. The application helps us guide you to your best match. If we don’t have your best match, we can refer you to other great rescue groups.

Our adoption fee is $100 for each cat 6 months and older, $150 if you adopt two 6+ month-old cats at the same time. $125 for each kitten, $200 for two kittens adopted at the same time. That fee includes spay or neuter, microchipping (we register the chip for you), testing for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and/or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), current, age-appropriate vaccinations, FeLV vaccinations for kittens, flea treatment and deworming. All adoptees receive an “exit exam” from one of our veterinarians before going home.

NO RISK! Adoption fee is refundable for two weeks to make sure youve found a match for your household. Even after two-week period, well take the adopted cat back for any reason

Adoption Fairs held at the clinic on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month, unless the Saturday falls on an observed holiday. Applications still required to be approved before adoption, but the fairs are open to the public and are typically between 1-3pm. Watch for announcements on our Facebook page!

**The Sheets Pet Clinic cat adoption program is funded entirely by the clinic. Every staff member is part of the rescue team. Staff members devote countless off-the-clock hours to the cats in our care. Sheets Pet Clinic is a full-service veterinary hospital plus a low-cost spay/neuter clinic.
