Ray Charles is a super unique cat.  He is a BIG boy and has SPECTACULAR golden eyes.  Ray is a laid back, chill, quiet, sweet cat looking for his chance at a forever home. He was found on the highway and a woman picked him up; she tried to find his owner to no avail.
