Louie was a owner surrender when his family moved out of state. He has experienced loss in several ways and it has taken him time to trust again. He is very sweet to his foster mom and will need someone to give him lots of pets and attention. In his previous life of 8 years he has only known 1 other cat and the loss of her and his family both took some of his spirit away and he was pretty confused for awhile. Louie supposed to be surrendered with his other kitty friend of 8 years and they were very bonded but it was discovered she was sick and he lost her, and within the following week had to adjust to a foster home as well. His foster mom has determined he would do best in a home with no other pets or children. He just wants lots of your love and attention! Most of all he will need someone who will let him adjust in his own time and let him know he can trust someone again. He enjoys attention but will let you know when hes ready for some space. He loves wet food, treats and chasing strings and red dots.

Louie is neutered, FeLV/FIV negative and has been de-wormed and flea treated.
