"I’m August! I was saved from a rural shelter and have been living life in the big city! I’m a chill dude, that loves lounging around and getting scratches. I can be talkative when I want to be but typically when I’m hungry or want to play. I love enrichment! So if you’ve got lots of toys and want to play then take a nap after, I’m your man!"

August is FIV+ but dont let that scare you away! He is still loving and deserving of a home. FIV+ cats can live long healthy cats like other kitty cats. Their immune system can be a little weaker but overall they tend to not exhibit issues. If you have other cats then you will be just fine as long as they are fully vaccinated and spayed/neutered.

3. If the foster and potential adopter agree it is a good fit then the adoption fee will be paid, and an adoption date will be scheduled.
