In shelter Cat

Palatine, IL, 60078
Pet name:
Mac (Bubby)
Domestic Short Hair
Meet the spectacular Macaroni (aka Mac)!! This little peanut is a wonder of a kitty, curious, sweet, cuddly, and ready for adventure at all times. Mac came to us as a rescue from Kentucky where he was just a wee little one looking for a chance at a great life. Now that he is in Chicagoland he is ready to find his perfect home! One unique quality about Mac is that he was born tailless (manx cat) and he has back legs that are a little bit differently formed than a typical kitten. While he may look different, he doesnt let it slow him down!! He is always chasing his foster friends around, cimbing up cat towers, and being a sweet and happy kitty. See his unique stride in some of the videos on his profile! When Mac first came home, he was full of life but it wasnt always reflected in his capabilities. But he blossomed into such a wild boy! Hes able to play with all the toys,he recently learned to climb, and he is obsessed with the bed! He loves to snuggle or put himself into a little ball at your feet.

In his forever home, Mac needs at least one kitty pal to keep him company and to continue teaching him the ropes of being a cat. He would likely do fine with a gentle dog given appropriate introduction and cat savvy kiddos would be ok for this sweet boy! Mac is looking for a home where he can get plenty of attention and love, and he promises to smother you in kisses in return. Dont wait to apply for this special boy, he is the perfect addition to any home!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
