VERMILLION and his 3 siblings (SINOPIA - TERRACOTTA - GAMBOGE) were part of a huge TNR effort in Los Angeles County. The group TNRed all the adult cats and rescued moms and kittens. We were asked tp help and they went with one of our fosters.

VERMILLION is now ready for his "FUREVER" home. Interesting information: 80% of orange cats are male. A male cat needs only one orange gene, which he gets from his mother (orange, calico, or tortoiseshell).

VERMILLION is a playful little boy. He likes toys, the cat tree and treats! You can pick him up ands he will give you love. But the minute you set him down, hes gone to explore and run like crazy or will come back for more love. Hes a typical kitten. He will need a CAT friend at home to play with. He is a huge TALKER too!

FYI: We named them after the different shades of orange.

VERMILLION is DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / ORIENTAL TABBY MIX with the most beautiful orange eyes. He is about 5 months old. He is good with cats and non-reactive to with dogs. He has never been around children.

VERMILLION is currently at PETSMART in Palm Desert, California off Monterey Avenue.
