Meet Tiger!  Tiger is a sweet, social, silly, and affectionate 8 month old tabby.  He loves to jump into a lap for some affection and will even lay on your foot for a snooze.

Tiger loves to play and will get the zoomies, racing through the tunnel, up and over the bed, and around the corner to go back through the tunnel.  He chases after toys and will even occasionally bring them back to you.  Tiger comes when called and loves when you call him to jump onto the bed beside you. 

Tiger has always had a winning personality, but we couldn’t seem to get him over his respiratory funk.  We now know that he is FeLV+, which is why he hasn’t been able to get rid of the boogies.  Tiger will need a family that understands that he may not live as long as other cats.  He is very stable now, and could live a long life, but his immune system is compromised, so if he does get sick, he will need to see the vet to make sure he has all the help he can get to get better.

FeLV is spreadable to other cats through saliva (sharing dishes and grooming mostly), so Tiger needs to be an only cat-or live with another FeLV+ cat.  Tiger is also a huge fan of kids and dogs, so he could definitely get social fulfillment in a variety of family dynamics!
