Toby is a lovely dark gray (not black) and white male cat who found his way to his foster pet parents home during the pandemic. They live pretty far out in the country and suspect he was someone’s house pet and that he was abandoned near their home. He’s super sweet and is friendly to his fosters dog.  Unfortunately, the feeling isn’t mutual and the dog wants Toby gone.

Toby is a little over 2 years old, neutered and he’s had his rabies vaccine, been treated for ear mites and he’s wears a Seresto collar. He’s currently residing in a small office of his foster parent’s shop and he seems content but confining him to one small room isnt fair to him. Toby is an indoor only cat, and quite reluctant to step consider seven stepping outside.
