***AT EHS***

It’s picture day at the shelter;\xa0time to strike a pose! Meet Iceman—no, not\xa0the aviator, the cat!\xa0

Iceman, along with a few of his many former housemates\xa0(who were all named after "Top Gun" characters), were recently welcomed to EHS. Now\xa0that hes\xa0settled in his temporary surroundings, this handsome boy is eager to “fly off” and find a forever family to call his own.

Once the ice has been broken, this black panther\xa0reveals himself as a friendly boy. He particularly delights in dashing around,\xa0either\xa0solo\xa0or\xa0with his feline crew. Run Iceman, run…on the treadmill, that is. One has to wonder, what exactly is\xa0he\xa0chasing?\xa0Perhaps\xa0his dreams of\xa0a place to call home, where he will be loved and cherished. Iceman is also a fan of\xa0the feather wand and hes certainly\xa0feisty, leaping here and there in search of the elusive feather. Look! Hes\xa0caught it!\xa0And he seems quite\xa0proud of himself, too!

During the rare moments Iceman decides to\xa0takes\xa0a rest, please feel free to shower him with affection,\xa0as he\xa0quite enjoys it.\xa0Iceman is easy to please,\xa0and\xa0only\xa0seems to\xa0requires\xa0the simple things in life-food, shelter, affection,\xa0and another feline to keep him company.\xa0Since he has come from a multi-cat environment, this boy will be happiest\xa0with\xa0a compatible pal with whom he can spend his days doing, well…”cat things”. We arent\xa0sure how Iceman would feel about dogs or young children\xa0at this time.

Iceman is primed for takeoff; are you ready for him to\xa0“soar” into your life? His passport is ready,\xa0and\xa0all he needs is your keys!

The adoption fee for a single cat at EHS is $175. Take home an adult feline friend for your kitty and the adoption fee for the pair is $300! For kittens under six months of age, the adoption fee is $200...Or double your cuteness quotient and adopt two wee furballs for $350! If you mix and match (kitten plus cat), the adoption fee is $300. Each of our cats is spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, snap tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, and flea treated prior to adoption. Kittens are not spayed or neutered until 5 months of age, but the cost of spay/neuter will be covered as part of the adoption.
