Norris is one of a group of cats found living on the streets. He was not socialized as a kitten but he is learning to trust humans. Norris loves his sister Chloe Brown who can often be found sitting on top of him. Norris would do best in a home where he can continue his progress of trusting his peeps. Norris is a very gentle soul who never swats or bites. Norris and his buddies came to VIPP on 10/16/15. Norris is friendly with Chloe.
