Please read the ENTIRE post about this dog and how our adoption process works!  Im Tate, I was found as a stray near a grocery store in the desert. Nobody claimed me so I came to the rescue. Im about 15 weeks (as of May 28). Im hoping to find my forever family soon that is active and committed to training me so I can be a good girl. If you think you are a good fit for me, please request an application. I cant wait to be part of your family!  My adoption fee of $325 includes spay, vaccines, deworming, microchip, and goody bag. All adoption fees go back to the rescue to help with large vet bills, large dog food bills, and all the other needs required by the dogs while in rescue.  *WE BEGIN WITH THE APPLICATION! Please only apply IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT ADOPTING!!! *All our dogs are in private foster homes. Once the app is approved, a meet n greet will be scheduled at your home.  (Except for the second Saturday of each month, when we do adoption events at Rancho Cucamonga Petsmart.) *If you rent, you MUST include a letter of approval from your landlord stating you can have a dog in your home and your application to be considered an adopter.  *We do not ship our dogs. If you are out of our 2-hour radius, youll need to come to us. On occasion, we have a volunteer who can meet. However,  THERE WILL BE A TRANSPORTATION FEE (depending on distance) to help the volunteer with gas.  If it requires an overnight stay, a hotel fee will also be required.  All of our volunteers supply their own gas and donate their time!! ~Tips are greatly appreciated for gas and time!!~ *We post in the ads what we know.
