Who is this handsome boy you ask? Why, its Danny, also affectionately called Danny Boy! Aside from his gorgeous looks, he has a personality to match! Danny is a gentle loving soul! He loves meeting new people and he is a fantastic travel companion!

Danny originates from Oklahoma. When he was rescued, he was emaciated, and he had a large oozing pressure sore on one of his hips. The shelter kept him safe, got some weight on him and started treating his sore. Dannys pressure sore is all healed up, but that circular area (about the size of a half dollar coin) where the sore was remains hairless. No matter what Danny had been thru, he treats each new adult as a treasured friend. (Danny is uncomfortable around children, so he will be adopted to a home with adults only. ) Danny is good with dogs and is very sweet to the cats in his foster home.

Danny went thru heartworm treatment and will be available for adoption July 2022. Danny has had some hard times prior to joining PRO, but that is over now. He truly is one of a kind, and the sweetest boy.
