Description:
Fostering locally in Connecticut in a home with one awesome foster and several dogs and he loves it - hed love to have other dogs in his home to hang with.

Look at this handsome guy in such amazing shape. And....he smiles....

Charlies is one of our ""quirky"" boys - he does great in daycare with all the dogs and all the staff. He loves going for walks on leash and loves meeting dogs on walks. And he loves his person.

Loving his person is sometimes the issue for Charlie - his person and maybe no other persons in the home. When youre outside, hes happy to share you. At home, not so much. He will bark and try to pretend hes going to be a junkyard dog, but hes never once bit anyone or even tried - its all a show but its disconcerting.

So we are looking for a one person home for this guy - someone who doesnt have tons of company and who understands when they do have company this guy needs a quiet, safe spot to hang out. Of course someone who wants to continue to work on this would be amazing and we can help support that through training/behavior work.

Hes great on a leash when out walking meeting people and as mentioned he loves the daycare/boarding staff - hes not a dog that isnt social - he is! Hes just a one person dog and weve not been able to get this to change.

100% crate trained and house trained a definite +!!

Thank about how you can make this guys life complete and apply... please.
