Meet our three-legged boy Abbas who flew from the other side of the world to find his home.
Born approx Oct 1, 2021, this boy has not only the looks but the personality to go with it, hes the full package!
Abbas was found on the streets of Oman with an injured and infected leg. It was too far gone and the tough choice was made to amputate it. But that doesnt hold him back at all, he runs, climbs, and jumps just like any other kitty!
At the foster home Abbas has proven to be sometimes
an affectionate boy and sometimes likes his independence. He has a lot of kitten in him and loves to play, and hes not fussy about toys, ball and track, stuffed mice, even marbles, its all good with him. If you are busy-no problem-Abbas can entertain himself. He is a talker! He can hold a good conversation for quite some time!
In Oman he was in a home with over 30 cats and now he seems to have a difficult time with one on one with other cats but he could be paired with another high energy cat with a slow introduction or he could be in a home as an only cat.
Abbas currently is in a foster home and does really well with a child who knows how to respect cats and give space when he needs.
He is neutered, negative for FIV/FELV and current with vaccines. If you would like to meet him, please complete our application on this link https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ADVR/Cat
