Callista and her bigger maybe brother Harris were on the kill list at a notorious LA shelter. They were not only on the kill list, but they were a day overdue to take the long walk. They are both gorgeous old-fashioned German shepherds with quite a bit of obedience training under their belts. Callista is the smaller sibling at 67 pounds. Harris weighs 105 pounds. They are approximately 6 years old. Harris is 100% house trained and is house safe. He walks fairly well on leash, is polite with most other dogs of all sizes, and rides well in the car. He is current on all vaccinations and has had a full dental. Both these kids will need solid wood 6 foot fences. If they cant see you out in the yard, over the fence they will go to find you. If you are a GSD-lover, these are both gorgeous well-taught devoted loyal dogs. They have not been tested with cats or small children. Harris would do well as an only or have a large breed female companion in his new home. He does not do well with small dogs or male dogs. Accepting GSD-experienced applications. Solid fencing and a good exercise plan in place a must. Harris is in foster care in Chehalis, WA. His adoption fee is $200.
