We do not adopt dogs from phone calls or emails. Please do not fill in adoption forms anywhere else, but on OUR web site. Thanks for that.

To start our adoption process, please fill out our form on our web site at: www.spokanewienerdogs.org and see the Adopt a Dog/Fee page with more details on how we adopt our dogs. There are a lot of questions answered on our web site and personality details below about each dog BELOW so please READ BEFORE getting in touch. We already answer 500+ emails a day. We do answer questions on dogs once our adoption paperwork is filled in so we can match to the right homes.

Please indicate which dog you are interested in on our adoption form. If their name says pending home then they are not available and are on a test drive with a new family. We do remove our dogs when our adoptions are final so please do not ask us if dogs are available if you see their ads.

There is an adoption fee of $400 for this dog.

Zeus came to us because of a divorce in the home. He was shy at first, but he is friendly and happy once he settled in. He also came to us a bit wormy but he is eating well and wormed twice since he came so filling in nicely. He needs to gain more weight but if folks feed him well then he will fill back in fine in a couple of months.

He is a happy go lucky puppy so Zeus needs more manners training such as staying down, etc. Because of that he would not be good in a home with small kids. He is coming along great here and in training until placed but will still need work in his new home. He is not out of control but a happy big dog.

He is crate trained but hates it. I think he spent a lot of time in a crate before we met him. So far he is very good at being housebroke if folks let him out enough before they leave home.

He came with a partner but she is thinking for both so it is time Zeus grew up. He gets along great with other dogs so he prefers a home with a dog friend he can play with please.

We do require a fenced yard to adopt from us so no apartments, town homes, condos or invisible fencing.

This is a very charming boy so we do not expect him to stay long in rescue when this handsome.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
