Beautiful blue eyed Mickey is ready for his forever home! Mickey has quickly become a staff favourite with his charming, loving personality. Mickey is always ready for adventure, loves to play fetch, and would love to be a big lap dog when all the fun is done. He loves everyone he meets and is ready to be someones best friend. Mickey will need to go home with someone that has experience with dogs with separation anxiety. He gets anxious in his kennel and when left alone so he will need some time to adjust to his new home and routine. He will need a home with no shared walls as his separation anxiety leads him to be vocal at times. Mickey does enjoy playing with some dogs but can sometimes be selective with his canine friends. He would do well with another well-mannered dog in the home. He has made several dog friends in the shelter! Mickey already knows some basic commands and walks fairly well on leash. He will need to be taught to keep all 4 on the floor as he just loves to jump up and give everyone kisses. Because of his excitable personality a home without young kids will be best for Mickey.
