Please read ENTIRE description prior to applying as to needs of Mellow as there are special needs for him. -No small children, Fenced in yard and indoor home mandatory and no children-no exceptions .


Please note there are no exceptions to these requirements and that is for the person/family who adopts happiness and safety as well as that of the furbaby.  Every animal we have is assessed to determine their needs combined with prior owner’s information that is given to us so there will be a good fit for adoption.  Every fur baby has different needs. 

 We will not transport Mellow as we think it is important for anyone wishing to adopt him to meet him first.

Mellow is extremely shy and will not let someone pet him until he gets to know you. The additional needs of Mellow are , indoor home with fenced in yard.  No children.  No other pets. Preferably one or two adult home.  Fenced in yard and ability to walk a strong dog on a leash.  

Veterinarian references are required (even if you do not currently have animals past veterinarian references are ok)  and possible home visit by a volunteer.
