Six foot fence required.

Hey there, HHP followers!\xa0 My name is Firenza.\xa0 The fine people at Hands, Hearts, and Paws took me into their rescue organization because there were some issues in my former home (through no fault of my own).\xa0

First things first – I don’t get along with cats.\xa0 I don’t know what it is, but I go into sort of a trance around certain felines and lose the control part of my self-control.\xa0 So for that reason I shouldn’t live in a home with cats.

I get along well (with the proper introduction) with larger dogs that have a compatible personality as mine.\xa0 I don’t really understand the energy of the little ones, so I shouldn’t live with them, either.\xa0 Small neighbor dogs might also be an issue if you share a see-through fence line.

I’m a big boy.\xa0 My pictures don’t fully show it, but I weigh in the neighborhood of 75 pounds.\xa0 I’m a tall boy with a solid frame.\xa0

I’m a HUGE fan of HUMANS!\xa0 I get along well with most people, but due to the memories of some circumstances in my previous life, I shouldn’t live with kids under 12 years old.

I’m fully housetrained.

I’m crate-trained (although I’d much prefer not hanging out in one very much because I’ve shown myself to be very trustworthy).

I love car rides – either looking out the window or taking a nap.\xa0

I like walks, but can sometimes be reactive to the critters around me (translation – wants to chase).

\xa0

I need a yard with a six foot fence to keep me safe.

I can be a little noisy (bark, bark, bark) when left alone, but redirecting my energy has helped in this regard.

I’ve been told that I’m a typical GoldenDoodle – smart yet goofy, playful yet loves to cuddle.\xa0

If I sound like the perfect addition to your family and you want to give me a home that lasts FOREVER, send in an application today!

Please visit www.handsheartspaws.org for an adoption application

All of our dogs are current on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, fecal tested, heartworm tested, and they are all on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.

The adoption process is an application, a vet reference, a home visit, and a lifetime contract. The requested adoption donation for this dog is $300___.

We do not REQUIRE a fenced in yard (some dogs DO REQUIRE a fence. Decide what is best for each dog), we do REQUIRE a means of safe outside containment. We do NOT adopt to homes that use invisible fencing. Invisible fencing is NOT a safe means of outside containment.

We are willing to adopt out-of-state, contingent on our ability to complete a home visit, but you must travel to Omaha to complete the adoption. We do not transport or ship our dogs.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
