Pumbaa is a want-to-be Lap Dog, a lover and a leaner! He is very dog social and people friendly, relaxed yet enthusiastic and happy. A Happy-go-lucky companion, an adventure buddy, a willing and able clever compatriot to be there by your side in times of need! This is a soulful fellow deserving of wonderful caring people who can provide a yard, and a warm and loving home. Kids, dogs all good!
He can be overly enthusiastic and dog reactive while on walks, he wants to run up and play with others. He can be trained, to chill out, but will need a dog savvy person handling him on leash in popular walking areas for a bit. Smaller adopters had a hard time controlling him. Only reacted if a dog barked or lunged at him. 
The positive notes, are he is House trained, treat motivated and a quick learner. He 
doesnt bark, is very cuddly, loving, friendly and smart! 
He knows " Leave it" " Drop it" and is good with kids and strangers. A gem!!
