Boko is an almost 2 year old Hound mix who is a very shy boy. This sweet fella is very confused because one minute he was in a home and now he is here at the shelter. Boko is a very nice boy who is gentle, but he will need to find a family who has patience as he learns to navigate the world with a new family. Boko walks pretty well on a leash and has good manners, he just needs some love and more training. Boko is a young, high energy breed. When he gets to a new home, his true personality will probably be different than what we have seen here. Boko would love a big back yard and plenty of exercise.
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
