Description:
Charles is looking for a quiet, and loving home with someone who will appreciate and understand that its ok to take things slow sometimes. Charles and his sister Cleo both do well with other nice dogs and proper introductions. Charles enjoys treats and hanging out in the play yards with his sister or other canine yard-mates. A home with a canine friend that Charles can hang out with and who will help him learn trust, household etiquette and that humans can be a pretty good thing. He takes treats gently but he will take his time warming up new people. Charles is making progress and is learning that people can be a positive thing in his life. He is still a young guy and when he starts to trust you, he is curious and his playful side starts to emerge! Charles would likely do best in an all-adult home, thats quiet, structured and has patience is in abundance. A home where he can continue with confidence building exercises and have continued consistency with his training. If you are interested in helping Charles and giving him a chance, please contact the shelter for more information. With time, consistency, and patience, Charless future is looking very bright!

Charles will need multiple meet and greets.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
